As Marketing Manager you’ll lead the end-to-end execution of B2B and B2C integrated campaigns—from influencer marketing and media partnerships to email automation and lead nurturing. This role reports to the Director, Marketing Operations. You’ll translate strategy into action - owning campaign planning, audience targeting, creative alignment, and performance optimization. Blending creative strategy with AI-driven performance optimization, you’ll fuel engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do 

Lead Integrated Campaign Execution 

  • Lead the development and launch of integrated campaigns across email, social, media partnerships, influencers, and B2B/B2C channels.
  • Identify, negotiate and nurture strategic relationships with key media outlets and influencers to amplify campaign reach, secure value-added coverage, and drive measurable engagement.
  • Map campaigns to the customer journey - ensuring personalized, consistent messaging from awareness to conversion.
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance segmentation, optimize send times, personalize content, and predict conversion likelihood. 

Drive Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing 

  • Build high-impact, automated email campaigns with behavioral triggers, segmentation, and scoring.
  • Utilize AI features in HubSpot and other tools to optimize performance, including A/B testing and predictive scoring.
  • Use light HTML and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop) to tweak email templates.  

Measure, Optimize & Report Campaign Performance 

  • Define and own KPIs and analytics using platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, and e-commerce reports.
  • Apply AI and predictive analytics to forecast campaign performance, detect anomalies, and reduce churn risk.
  • Run multivariate tests and use generative AI to iterate on messaging and creative assets. 

Manage Influencer & Media Partner Collaborations 

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with influencers and media partners aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Use AI-based tools to assess influencer impact and audience fit.
  • Lead co-branded initiatives and promotional partnerships to amplify campaign reach. 

Collaborate Cross-Functionally 

  • Partner with Sales, Content, and Creative teams to align messaging and execution.
  • Coordinate closely with B2B/B2C stakeholders to support pipeline acceleration and revenue goals. 

Enhance Workflow & Marketing Ops 

  • Streamline execution using AI-enhanced platforms (Identify process gaps and apply no-code automation tools to improve campaign velocity and team efficiency).
  • Stay current on the latest AI marketing trends and integrate new tools and capabilities into the team stack. 

 

Qualifications & Skills 

Must-Have 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on driving demand generation through multi-channel campaigns (email, influencers, media, content).
  • Experience in B2B and B2C tech or communications industries.
  • Proven success executing Account-Based Marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled marketing tools (e.g., personalization, predictive scoring, automation) as well as generative AI tools for optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, and CRM tools.
  • Comfortable with marketing automation platforms and no-code workflow tools.
  • Project-management excellence; comfortable juggling multiple concurrent launches.
  • Collaborative, structured, and effective at managing cross-functional teams and partners. 

Nice-to-Have 

  • Familiarity with HTML, email design, and creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exposure to eCommerce analytics, including Amazon reporting platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to localise campaigns across multiple languages (e.g., English, French) and regions.
  • Exposure to outdoor recreation channels.

  • Effective collaboration with Sales, Content, and Growth teams to drive aligned messaging and pipeline contribution.
