, ,Why this role matters
ZOLEO connects people beyond cellular coverage. Our partner‑integration platform extends those capabilities to organizations and active outdoor users worldwide through SDKs, data feeds, and robust APIs. As Senior Product Manager, you will own and scale this platform—turning developer experience into a strategic growth engine for ZOLEO and our partners.
What you’ll do
-
Set the vision. Define a multi‑year product strategy and KPI framework for the partner‑integration platform, rooted in measurable outcomes such as partner activation rate, time‑to‑integrate, and revenue contribution.
-
Build the roadmap. Translate partner and user problems into a sequenced backlog of API, SDK, and onboarding enhancements—balancing technical debt, new feature delivery, and developer‑experience polish.
-
Own API & SDK lifecycle. Specify versioning, authentication, and documentation standards; partner with engineering to ship secure, performant releases used by external developers.
-
Grow the partner ecosystem. Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and BizDev to identify target segments, craft joint value propositions, and close deals that drive adoption.
-
Champion developer experience. Create self‑serve onboarding flows, reference apps, and sample data that reduce integration time by 30 %+ year‑over‑year.
-
Lead with data. Instrument usage analytics, run A/B tests, and present insights to executives and partner leaders to guide investment decisions.
-
Operate in Agile. Serve as product owner for a dedicated squad; run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release retrospectives.
-
Support key integrations. Act as escalation point for solution architects; ensure partner launches meet quality, security, and timeline goals.

Data‑driven decision maker with a track record of setting and hitting numeric KPIs.
