As Sr. Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation of our global, purpose-driven organization. Working on our ZOLEO product during a time of innovation and growth, you’ll help deliver reliable, scalable, and secure digital experiences to users worldwide. 

You’ll join a collaborative Agile team, using modern tools and practices to architect and build services that power critical communications. As we evolve our architecture and expand into new markets, your contributions will drive both product excellence and cross-functional collaboration. 

What You’ll Do 

• Build scalable applications. Design and develop reliable front-end and back-end services using TypeScript, React, and Node.js in an AWS environment. 

• Drive technical strategy. Influence engineering direction, propose architectural improvements, and integrate industry best practices across the stack. 

• Lead feature delivery. Own Agile feature delivery from concept to release, including design reviews, development, testing, and deployment. 

• Mentor and collaborate. Conduct code reviews, coach junior engineers, and contribute to a strong engineering culture grounded in quality and knowledge sharing. 

• Translate business needs. Partner with stakeholders to synthesize requirements, clarify ambiguity, and ensure solutions are aligned with business goals. 

• Secure and scale infrastructure. Contribute to secure development practices, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code using AWS CDK. 

• Innovate with AI. Leverage emerging tools and technologies – including AI – to improve development workflows and product capabilities. 

• Foster cross-functional partnerships. Work closely with product, QA, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive impact.
